That’s why the first step in my Life In Sessions coaching process is all about diving deep into who you are at your core. I’ve seen this so many times, not just in my years as a life coach, but also during my 20 years in the beauty industry. You’ll define the principles that matter most to you and discover how they align (or don’t) with the way you’ve been living. This is often the “aha” moment for many clients, as they realize their values haven’t been guiding their choices as much as they would like.

  4. Personality Typing: We also delve into personality frameworks, exploring traits that make you uniquely you. Understanding whether you’re introverted or extroverted, detail-oriented or big-picture focused, can help you unlock more about how you navigate life and relationships. This knowledge is empowering and paves the way for making decisions that align with your natural tendencies.

  5. Your Authentic Self: By the end of the workbook, you will have a clearer picture of your authentic self—the version of you that is free from societal expectations, self-doubt, and external pressures. This self-awareness will become the bedrock for the rest of your journey through Life In Sessions.
